This tour is a unique experience for your senses through art, flavors, food and wine. You will explore and experience beauty, scents and tastes of Florence. A perfect mix of a wine tour, food tour and art & discovery tour for who aim to enjoy unrevealed sides and fragrances of Florence.

On the art, flavors, food and wine tour we will walk through Florence to explore not only beautiful art and architecture, but we will also taste wine and local products and finish by smelling potpourris and scents inside a historic Apothecary.

This tour is also a journey through Tuscan cuisine and flavors that will tickle your palates inside the lively and colorful San Lorenzo food market, whereas scents of Lavender, Eucalyptus and more will inebriate our senses inside the old pharmacy.

You’ll walk by the spectacular Renaissance façade of the Santa Maria Novella church, before entering the magic atmosphere of the Officina Farmaceutica close-by, one of the oldest Apothecaries in the world, founded by the Dominican friars around 1221. You’ll be inebriated by the scents of ancient potpourris, elixirs and perfumes made from secret century-old recipes!

Meeting Point:

Under the three arches in the middle of Ponte Vecchio, near the fountain - on the side opposite the bust of Cellini - at 09.35 AM.
