During Christmas time the Mercurio professional guides organize the event TREAT YOURSELF TO A RESTORATION where they offer guided tours in both Italian and English to help raise funds for the restoration of a work of art. By engaging the public the guides help raise in a concrete way the awareness of the importance and value of the immense artistic heritage in the city of Florence and region of Tuscany.
